Here are some Christmas highlights. We had a week filled with parties, family and celebrations. Our celebrations started off Christmas Eve with a candle light service at Church. Christmas morning we enjoyed all the gifts and celebrated with all of our Grandparents at our house in the afternoon. I even made my first turkey dinner. On the 26Th we had our Stoel celebration at Gregg and Brenda's. On the 27th we celebrated with my side. My brother ,Matt and family ,flew in from Georgia..what a gift that was. On the 28th we went to Detroit to celebrate with extended family and we saw my cousin and her hubby who flew in from Denver. The rest of the week was spent with Matt, Pam and the kids. On New Year's my folks watched all the grand kids so Matt, Pam, Ron and I could enjoy a dinner out. ( they even paid for the meal!) We went to a cool restaurant downtown Holland called City Vu. It was a for sure step up from our usual hot spots like McDonald's and Russ'. Such a fun time with family.
I promise to post Jake's birthday pictures in a more timely fashion!
