Bb.........Today's school consisted of the letter Bb. We practiced writing big and little B's. We colored birds, bubbles and butterflies. We saw butterflies outside, but could not catch them..too fast! We painted cute Bird Houses for our fine feathered friends. Tonight we are going to make blueberry pie with the blueberries the kids picked with Grandma and Grandpa Stoel and Daddy will hang our birdhouses. We also talked about how B was for Baby. They liked that! For Zach, the highlight of our school day is when we count M and M's...That boy loves his chocolate! I also posted pictures from last week Friday. On Ss day we visited my good friend ,Sara, at her house on Hutchin's Lake and went swimming. To be truthful....I did not plan out Sara and swimming with the letter Ss..it just happened! Sara's house and lake reminds me so much of my Grandma Grace's house on her lake. Our visit stirred up tons of fond memories of my Sweet Grandma's house, lake swimming, row boat bailing and dangling my feet off the dock into the cool water. Even the smells were the same..Thanks for the day, Sara! Jake is spending a few days at Aunt Shirley's house on her lake. I am sure tubing, bike riding and fishing are on the agenda today! Have fun, Jake!! We missed you at school today!
