8 Months

On the 13th Sara turned 8 months old..CRAZY! Getting her picture by the sign was a huge challenge. She's so grabby! She is not full out crawling, but that does not slow her from getting around. She rolls everywhere and army crawls. Let's just say she finds trouble when she wants to. She loves books and playing with her toys. A great time to her is sitting by her basket of toys and unloading them all! One of her favorite toys is her giraffe, Sophie. I had heard they were all the rage before she was born. I thought they were cute, but were they all that? The answer is ,yes! It's a great toy. She has one bottom tooth! She babbles like crazy and is starting to understand the things we are saying to her. If we ask her where the cat is, let me tell you she knows! She has enjoyed the warmer days so she can get outside and watch the kids play. Wherever the kids are is where she wants to be. She is turning into a bit of a mommy snob. She loves her Daddy , but thinks I am the person she needs when she gets tired and wants to snuggle. That's a-OK with me! She is definitely seeming like a little person, with her own ideas, more and more everyday. She is loved beyond words by her family! Kissing those cheeks..totally heavenly!
