Our first Christmas party this year was the Stoel Family Christmas at our house! Such fun times! I love how the cousins span from the ages of 22 to four months..yet they all seem to have so much fun with one another. We had food galore, presents galore and love galore! What more could we want?
Yesterday the kids, Ron and I made Christmas cookies for Santa! They turned out really cute. Today the kids have played with their new gifts, gone sledding in our yard with Daddy ,and are attempting a nap right now.( although Maddie is LOUDLY singing, OH Holy Night!) We figure we would have happier kids tonight if they napped today! It has been go, go, party ,party around here lately! Tonight we will head to church for the candle light service..my personal favorite of the year. It is a good reminder for us all of the reason for the season! After church we will have a simple dinner, ice cream sundaes, made to order, and some family time! It will be hard for the little ones to nestle in for a good winter's nap when they KNOW who is coming tonight. Finally..the day they have been waiting for! Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
