Notice the series of events below! A very typical day in the life of Sara.
I missed celebrating Sara's 10 month because we were in Disney World. I had intended on taking her monthly picture on our return, but life took over ,and it never got done. Now she is 11 months old. Here is what she is doing.
Talking: Mama, DaDa, Kitty, Uh Oh( This is BY FAR her favorite word!), Who dat ( who's that).
Cruising: She is crawling everywhere and if given the chance she loves to climb the stairs. She cruises on the furniture and pulls herself to standing on everything. She loves her dragon ( featured). She really can go fast and far walking behind it. She is making strong gains to being a walker. Let's just say she is BUSY!
Curious: She is into everything and leaves nothing unexplored. She often leaves her toys behind for the prospect to getting into something else.
Tricks: She loves to dance and bounces at the sound of music. She touches your nose when she is asked where it is. She claps, waves hi and bye and does, so big. My favorite tricks are the AWESOME hugs and kisses she gives when you ask her for them.
Eating: She likes to feed herself and is great about eating all kinds of healthy foods. She still likes her bottle and has three a day. She is drinking from a sippy and steals the triplet's sippy cups if they leave them around.
Sleeping: She sleeps through the night almost every night! Hooray! Naps are hit or miss. In her defense, she is forced to be an on the go baby. Many naps are taken in the truck while shuffling her siblings here and there. Most days she takes two naps. However, she naps best in my arms. She is not a self soother when she wakes. She does not like being alone.... but look at her life..She has people in her face all day long. Being alone is very different than the rest of her day.
Play: She is having fun swimming and playing outside. She is getting pretty comfortable with the sand and grass. She really likes being in her stroller and watching her sisters and brothers play outside. It's extra exciting if they blow bubbles her way or the kitty stops by for a visit.
It is hard the believe that I am planning her first birthday bash already! The joy she brings to our life is so unexplainable! She is such a happy girl!
